FEBRUARY/MARCH 2004 PUBLIC WORKSHOPS:
ALTERNATIVES DEVELOPMENT

The Public Workshop series was held during  February/March 2004 in the following locations: Bryson City, North Carolina;  Robbinsville, North Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee; Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and Asheville, North Carolina.  As detailed in the table below, the meetings were primarily held at local high schools and  hotels. Many visitors attended multiple meetings for the additional opportunity to: talk with the project study team, digest the project information, support other individuals with similar concerns, and/or provide additional input.
