FEBRUARY 2006 PUBLIC HEARINGS

Public hearings were  held during February 2006 in the following locations: Bryson City, Robbinsville, and Asheville, North Carolina; and Knoxville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  The purpose of the  hearings was to give the public an opportunity to provide comments on the DEIS prior to the selection of the Preferred Alternative.
